This PR add mujoco description for Kinova and UR5e, sufficient to run Dual Arm Controller. It is required that these following PR are being merged beforehand:
Optionally, this PR as well jrl-umi3218/mc_rtc#535. Right now I have extra steps in
entrypoint.shto handle this problem.
