Restyle Iris/AI context-engine tiles and update self-managed messaging - #4117
Conversation
- Add a tile-card shortcode matching the integrate page's card style (colored swatch, uppercase mono label, description, "Learn more" link) and use it across the Iris/AI context-engine, featureform, and operate/iris index pages in place of image-card. - Replace custom red-dot bullet markup with standard Markdown lists and remove em dashes in favor of colons/periods/semicolons per house style. - Update Iris service pages to reflect that all four services now support self-managed deployment, not just Redis Cloud; add a LangCache self-managed tab to its "Get started" section. - Add preview banners to the context-engine and operate/iris index pages. - Add a note to develop/setup about Redis's other use cases (context engine, feature platform, streaming, etc). - Add new agent builder templates (RAG, Redis Iris) to agent-concepts and the Q3 2026 what's-new entry for Iris self-managed docs and quickstarts.

Slight display glitches on the tile sets with four members rather than three. Otherwise, LGTM.
Address Cursor review feedback: whitespace-nowrap on the title row prevented it from shrinking in 3- and 4-column grids, causing long titles like "Redis Context Retriever" to clip or overlap adjacent cards. Move truncation to the title text itself with min-w-0 on the flex row so it ellipsizes instead of overflowing.
The title span had overflow-hidden/ellipsis but no min-width:0 or flex-basis of its own, so as a flex item it kept its content width and overflowed the card in narrower 4-tile grids (e.g. "Python SDK & CLI" on the Context Retriever page). Add min-w-0 and flex-1 to the title span itself so it actually shrinks and truncates.
Address review feedback: "a suite of managed and self-managed services" didn't say what the suite does. Name the three capabilities (agent memory, semantic caching, governed data access).

Overview
Introduces a
tile-cardHugo shortcode (colored swatch, mono label, description, learn-more link) aligned with the integrate index cards, and swaps it in across Redis for AI, Context Engine, Feature Form, and operate/iris landing pages instead ofimage-card.Copy and style: Custom red-dot bullet HTML becomes normal Markdown lists; em dashes are replaced with colons, semicolons, or periods. Redis Iris messaging now states that all four Context Engine services (LangCache, Agent Memory, Context Retriever, Data Integration) can run fully managed on Redis Cloud or self-managed on your infrastructure—not Redis Cloud only. LangCache Get started gains a self-managed (private preview) tab linking to Kubernetes deployment docs.
Other doc updates: Preview bannerText on the context-engine and operate/iris index pages; a one-line Get started note that Redis also covers context engine, feature platform, streaming, etc.; two new agent builder pattern blocks (knowledge assistants/RAG and Redis Iris conversational assistants); and a Q3 2026 What's new section for Iris self-managed docs and quickstart paths.
