Replace Iris tile swatches with icons and link demos and agent builder - #4182

- Add an optional icon parameter to the tile-card shortcode; tiles without it keep the colored swatch. - Add light-background Redis Iris service icons (Iris, LangCache, Agent Memory, Context Retriever, Data Integration) recolored from the redis.io set, plus the RedisVL icon from the home page. - Use icons on the develop/ai, context engine, service landing, and operate/iris tiles; reuse develop page icons where no service icon fits. - Reorder the develop/ai tiles and retitle the context engine tile. - Link the interactive demos from the concepts pages and the request flow diagram nodes. - Link the agent builder's Redis Iris Conversational Assistant template from the Agent Memory pages. - Clarify the Agent Memory landing page tile titles and descriptions. These look really good but the title text for the tile often gets truncated with an ellipsis when there are four tiles side by side. Might be hard to find a neat way to wrap the text in all cases (maybe standardise on a two-line title bar, even if only one line is used for a short title?) but another option might be to have a tooltip that shows the full title text when you hover over the tile.

Do we want to call this "search and query"? I guess it could be referring to the activity rather than the product.

Agent Memory docs also point readers to the AI agent builder (Redis Iris Conversational Assistant) from the landing page, SDK quickstarts, and Redis Cloud create-service guide, with clearer quickstart tile titles/descriptions.
