Switch meta-prod-aws-ue1's module list from
nodepools-opt/arc-runners-optto the regular
nodepools/arc-runners, and drop the now-redundantarc-runners-opt:config block (itscapacity_aware_fresh_multiplier: 0.8is already set in the
arc-runners:block).Why
The regular modules now carry the same node-packing optimizations the
-optmodules piloted on this cluster, so ue1 no longer needs the
-optshim. Thetwo edits are coupled on purpose: the multiplier is the only value read by
the active module name, so switching the module and deleting the
-optblocktogether keeps ue1 at 0.8 with no behavior change.
