[A11Y-408] Voice navigation research prototype #64
Description
Research explicit open/close/heading/scroll/stop commands with permission, visible listening, timeout and tab/unmount cleanup; no profile activation, destructive host actions, recordings or transcript storage.
Acceptance: Denied/unsupported paths are safe and keyboard alternatives exist.

Resolved in v2.27.0 via PR #149 and PR #150. Implemented voice navigation research prototype with 11 safe commands, Web Speech Recognition session lifecycle, tab/unmount cleanup, timeout watchdog, prototype badge, cheat sheet, and fully accessible keyboard fallback controls satisfying >=44px minimum touch targets.
