   Resolved and released in v2.4.0 (PR #100 -> development, PR #101 -> main):

   • Implemented reflow-safe stepwise text scaling (1.0, 1.125, 1.25, 1.5, 2.0) via scoped CSS properties without transforms.
   • Added dedicated TextScaleController component for WCAG SC 1.4.4 / 1.4.10 text enlargement.
   • Enhanced FontSizeController with stepScale and custom steps props while preserving backward compatibility with 10% steps.
   • Exported TEXT_SCALE_STEPS, TextScaleStep, TEXT_SCALE_PROTECTED_SELECTOR, and isProtectedFromTextScale.
   • Protected form controls, labels, monospace code blocks, vector icons, and widget UI from scaling distortion.
   • Measured baselines before writing inline styles, preventing nested compounding across deep DOM trees.
   • Added unit tests in ests/textScaling.test.tsx and browser integration test in ests/browser/widget.spec.ts.
