[A11Y-002] Regression tests for existing public behavior #30
Description
Protect current exports, props, hooks, CSS/storage keys, reset/restore/disable/unmount/repeated mount/StrictMode/dynamic content and host-style behavior before refactoring; classify pre-existing failures.
Acceptance: Compatibility contract is automated and failures are not masked.

Verified automated regression test baseline: 66 unit tests, 55 browser/Axe tests across Chromium, Firefox, WebKit, and Mobile emulation. Public API and storage contracts locked in docs/BASELINE_AUDIT.md.
