[A11Y-000] Repository, published package, API and license audit #28
Description
Inspect package metadata, exports, peer deps, CSS/types/builds, tests, CI, git history, license and npm metadata. Run clean commands and document actual failures, sizes, W-01..W-32 statuses, real paths and risks in docs/BASELINE_AUDIT.md.
Acceptance: Owner-reviewable evidence baseline; no guessed current behavior or source rewrite.
