Justification
Allow consuming projects to add restricted imports without replacing the style guide’s existing restrictions,
Implementation
Exported restrictedImportPaths from @ni/eslint-config-javascript and reused it in the default no-restricted-imports rule. Added a smoke-test configuration demonstrating extension through array spread.
