This pull request updates the Azure pipeline configuration for the arc-k8s-extension production release, primarily to support Managed SDP (Service Deployment Platform) rollouts and improve deployment flexibility. The changes introduce new variables, update rollout tasks to use a new task version and configuration method, and expand support for additional deployment regions.
These updates collectively improve the flexibility, scalability, and maintainability of the pipeline for deploying arc-k8s-extension to multiple regions and support the Managed SDP rollout process.
