* docs(influxdb3-cloud): reconcile console token and CLI guidance What changed: Apply the Cloud documentation draft patch across token management, user management, the administrator token CLI reference, and setup guidance. Why: Align related pages with the console capabilities introduced in PR #7874 and clarify Cloud host and OAuth prerequisites. Impact: Document the instance Tokens page and role restriction, correct user-table columns, and clarify the removal confirmation. Verification: git apply --check and git diff --check pass. Hugo rendering and live Cloud UI/CLI/API verification have not run for this commit. * docs(influxdb3-cloud): preserve original file endings Remove extra trailing blank lines introduced while applying the draft patch. Verification: compare the resulting file contents with the patch applied to the original PR files.
