docs(cloud): clarify operator token access - #7878

influxdb3 create token --adminreference.Why
Both pages say InfluxData manages the operator token but omit the customer access restriction.
Impact
Customers can distinguish the InfluxData-managed operator token from the named admin tokens they create and use.
