Adds an
arkasrbackend and ARK-ASR-0.6B GGUF conversion for #190, based on harshav's existing converter/runtime. Adapts it to current APIs and adds optional Q/K/V decoder biases.Validation: 45 CTests passed; JFK matches on CPU/Metal; six clips match across PyTorch, F16 and Q8. These are transcript parity checks, not WER measurements.
Draft: full tensor parity, family smoke tests and standard quantization gates remain. Candidate weights, attribution and known model limitations.
