Adds experimental ARK-ASR-0.6B to the model picker, menu, local service and SDK as
ark_asr06_b. Available for Auto and 19 language groups, with automatic detection and unchanged defaults.Pins attributed Q8 weights and the candidate runtime from transcribe.cpp #191. Draft pending upstream runtime acceptance.
Validation: 495 Rust tests, 70 SDK tests, strict Clippy, formatting and SDK build passed. Isolated service download, verification and transcription passed. Linux and physical microphone/UI testing remain unverified; model limitations are documented with the weights.
