Adds
closeAfterMstoReviewNotification; the Desktop host closes the toast after that delay and clears the timer if it closes first. Confirmation toasts with no actions pass 5 s: selection copied (selection toolbar and Ask setup), onboarding prompt copied, support email copied, and bug report sent. Errors and the Trash/Restore toast with Undo stay until dismissed.
