Installs the prebuilt `codezero` binary from the GitHub releases for your OS/arch — no registry
shorthand needed. Pin a version with `github:code0-tech/hydra@<version>` (the release tag without its
leading `v`, e.g. `@0.0.3`), or add it to a project's `mise.toml`:

```toml
[tools]
"github:code0-tech/hydra" = "latest"
```

**Prebuilt binary:** grab the archive for your OS/arch from the
[latest release](https://github.com/code0-tech/hydra/releases/latest) and put the extracted
`codezero` on your `PATH`.
