Add Mise to the README install methods. mise's github backend installs the existing prebuilt codezero binary straight from GitHub releases, so no code or release-pipeline change is needed — the current release assets (codezero-<os>-<arch>.tar.gz / .zip) are auto-detected. Verified end-to-end: `mise use github:code0-tech/hydra@0.0.3` downloads codezero-macos-arm64.tar.gz, extracts the codezero binary, and `codezero --version` prints `codezero 0.1.0`. What
Add Mise to the README install methods, documenting

Closes #8. Sibling of the other distribution issues (#9 Homebrew, #4 crates.io/npm) — users should be able to install the
codezeroCLI through mise.How
github:backend installs the existing prebuilt release binary directly from GitHub releases — our current assets (codezero-<os>-<arch>.tar.gz/.zip) are auto-detected by OS/arch, and the singlecodezerobinary inside is picked up even though the repo is namedhydra. No code or release-pipeline change is required.ubi:was intentionally not used: it is deprecated as of mise 2026.4.0 in favor ofgithub:.npm.jsandcrates.iorelease #19.Testing
