- Add pluginlib to mapping_node ament_target_dependencies.\n- Export include directories for mapping_node and nvblox_provider so headers like "alpha_mapping/provider_interface.hpp" are found during build.\n- Fixes CI failure: missing pluginlib/class_loader.hpp and header include path.
