A previous PR #2119 added the support of USD as intermediate file format for aliceVision (In addition to alembic and json).
This PR updates the default output filenames of all aliceVision meshroom nodes to use USD instead of alembic.
Note to the reviewers
Launch multiple pipelines. Focus on testing if the stored data is not lost along the nodes (E.g. locks).
