ci: stop validating feature/pq-transport by name - #245

755e02a added feature/pq-transport to the branch lists of Full Validation, Core Checks and the Required Merge Gate, so pull requests into it got the same validation as 1.x.x while it collected the #184 work. The branch now merges into 1.x.x; remove the entries, leaving the three branch lists as they are on 1.x.x. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Every part of #184 has now merged here, so this removes those nine lines. The three branch lists end up as they are on1.x.x.feature/pq-transport.
