When you edit a file that a lesson is about, the reminder now shows the lesson's newest Fix and its memory handle, so the agent applies the current fix and can cite it. Credentials and home paths in a lesson's name are masked in the reminder. Edits to unrelated files get no reminder, as before.

Closes #601

…s edited

The PreToolUse Edit/Write reminder showed a lesson's first observation, which for a lesson recorded with learn is the error: no fix, no newest fix and no [mem:N] to cite. A lesson now reads through the briefing's own rule, newest Fix first and then the error, and the line ends with its handle, added after the 120-character cut. Other memories and which memories are chosen are unchanged.

The changes in this PR are included in #604, merged as c105280 and released in v4.10.12 (npm next). Current main retains the newest Fix, memory handle, lesson-name redaction, and this PR’s regression tests. Closing this superseded PR without merging the same changes again.
