Edit reminder should show a lesson's newest fix and its handle #601
When a file is edited, the reminder for a lesson about that file shows the lesson's first observation, not its newest Fix, and gives no memory handle to cite.
The pre-edit lesson reminder shows the newest Fix and appends the memory handle after the text budget; lesson names remain redacted. PR #602 was superseded by the merged integration.
The corresponding regression tests are included in the verified release candidate and the successful release CI. Closing as completed.
