jina: pack_edge writes the canonical CausalEdge64 contract

hpc::jina::causal::pack_edge (used by JinaRuntime::pack_spo_edge, GPT-2 and OpenChat attention) still wrote the v1 upper half. Read with the canonical layout (lance-graph causal_edge::layout) its edges carried:

• orientation 4 at 43..45 (a Haspelmath function, not Core), so a Moore lift refuses them;
• mantissa +1 at 46..49 (Deduction), which the code labelled "observation";
• plasticity at 49 instead of 50..52;
• a 12-bit temporal position at 52, spilling into W (53..58) and the epistemic state (59..63). From position 3072 on that is a reserved epistemic code.

Same names and signatures, canonical bodies:

• pack_edge: orientation Core, neutral mantissa, plasticity at 50..52, W and epistemic state 0. The temporal argument is accepted and not stored.
• edge_plasticity reads 50..52.
• edge_temporal is #[deprecated] and returns 0. The word has no temporal field.
• GPT-2 and OpenChat AttentionEdge gain position: u16, so the position is kept in the row.

Tests

• Red first (8e358a2): pack_edge_writes_the_canonical_contract (5 positions incl. 3072 and 4095), edge_plasticity_reads_bits_50_to_52.
• temporal_does_not_change_the_word replaces test_temporal_sort; test_pack_spo_edge now checks plasticity instead of temporal.
• Disable runs, each red: orientation 4 restored, plasticity read at 49, temporal written at 52.
• cargo test --lib hpc::jina: 25 passed. cargo clippy --lib --tests -D warnings clean, fmt clean.
