Release commit for statecore-mcp 1.0.0 (sub-project 5 of docs/superpowers/specs/2026-09-23-statecore-mcp-1.0-design.md, plan docs/superpowers/plans/2026-09-24-mcp-1.0-release.md).

What this PR does

  • Consumes the four pending changesets via changeset version: statecore-mcp 0.6.0 → 1.0.0 (major), @statecore/api 1.6.1 → 1.7.0, @statecore/contracts and @statecore/core 1.4.1 → 1.5.0, @statecore/worker 1.4.2 → 1.4.3 (dependency cascade). Package CHANGELOGs generated.
  • apps/mcp/README.md gains the Stability section: six tools frozen additive-only, public CLI (export, hook, digest), data-file compatibility, no install scripts; semantic retrieval and a resident daemon explicitly out of 1.x.
  • Root CHANGELOG.md: v1.7.0 — statecore-mcp 1.0.0 product entry.
  • Claude Code plugin pinned to 1.0.0 (plugin.json, hooks.json, .mcp.json, marketplace metadata.version; test-enforced).

No product code changes.

Verification

pnpm --filter statecore-mcp test 20 files / 105 tests; pnpm lint clean; packed tarball installs with --ignore-scripts in a fresh directory and answers initialize with "version":"1.0.0".

After merge

Tag statecore-mcp@1.0.0 and v1.7.0 on the merge commit, GitHub release, npm publish, Glama release 1.0.0, dsh-statecore 0.4.0.
