Add an MCP-over-ACP app to Settings - MCP Local servers: assignments are kept in codeg's own store (<data dir>/mcp-over-acp.json, owner-only) and forwarded to custom ACP agents as session/new mcpServers, gated by the existing supports_mcp declaration. Scan, upsert/remove, backup section, and the frontend app union/checkbox grid all cover the new target; pi stays excluded from wire forwarding.
