RCL Reality Transaction
Scope
Add a bounded World Capsule computation bridge. The promoted resource-choice middle capsule lazily activates commerce-resource and individual-agent, verifies semantic identities, and lowers a pinned JSON relation/constraint mapping into executable RCL. Available resources plus confirmed credit are compared with required payment; no host adapter supplies the answer.
Public main did not contain the capsule dependencies, so this PR includes the reviewed root/middle registries and local compiler alongside the new mapping, demo and tests. It changes nine files only under examples/world-capsule and tests/capsule-compute.test.mjs. No runtime, root README, tutorial, QQ or RCLX changes.
Canonical authority
This is an example-level, human-authored operator mapping. It adds no language keyword and does not claim general AI, automatic mathematics from prose, trained inference, or whole-language self-hosting.
Verification and evidence
Native and derived artifacts
CI rebuilds its native host using the existing canonical workflow. This PR adds native parity coverage, not native implementation changes.
Downstream and rollback
No consumer migration is required. Revert this PR to remove the isolated example and test.
Declared limitations
Only a single purchase, same currency, no fees and confirmed usable credit are supported. Unit/credit provenance are scope assumptions. Number arithmetic is floating point. Natural-language routing and external human-authored knowledge benchmarks are not tested by this bridge.
