This fixes the examples in the case where an already installed "moderncv" causes conflicts. As seen here xdanaux#55

The examples should compile out of the box, which is not given. It is necessary to copy the
.tex-files out of theexamplesfolder, otherwise it would not load the customizedmoderncv.clsfile (at least if amoderncvpackage is coming with the installed LaTeX distribution...).Closes /issues/54
