Background

streamtop is a terminal HLS, DASH, and IPTV stream monitor with wire probes, TR 101 290, SCTE-35, and Prometheus metrics. Rust CLI/TUI.

Currently, streamtop is not included in x-cmd/install.

Task

Add an x install installation method for streamtop, so users can install it with:

x install streamtop

You can refer to the existing installation methods in x-cmd/install.
