Background

excise is a surgical terminal storage navigator.

Currently, excise is not included in x-cmd/install.

Task

Add an x install installation method for excise, so users can install it with:

x install excise

You can refer to the existing installation methods in x-cmd/install.

You can use AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini CLI to help complete this task.
