Bumps WPBONES_COMMAND_LINE_VERSION to 2.1.0.

Since v2.0.12, the bones CLI (#117):

• 🐛 bones works from any folder, custom commands included; a relative deploy path still means the folder it was typed in, and a symlinked plugin still finds WordPress.
• 🐛 rename writes only the files it changes and skips binary files (it corrupted .mo catalogues); rename --update, which Composer runs after every install, renames vendor/ only (it moved a root index.php over the main plugin file); the language files are renamed by the rename itself, also on --reset, and Domain Path: /languages is found.
• 🐛 update runs composer update wpbones/wpbones --with-dependencies and no longer deletes the framework first.
• 🐛 the migrated format:check is a real prettier --check, with a .prettierignore and prettier as wp-prettier.
• 🐛 make:widget gives each widget its own id_base, name and description.
