Country Update: July, 2021 (v2.2)

This release fixes a minor bug in the code which prevented TASK 03_EXPORT_TABLES from running properly.
No numbers were changed as a result of this fix.
Results from TASK 01_DATA and TASK 02_SIMULATION remained the same.
