A public log of everything we ship.
This is the rule we use at Workloft for documenting the changes we make to our agent stack. It's not a framework. It's not a tool. It's a habit, written down.
The live log lives at workloft.ai/ships.
This repo contains:
RITUAL.mdis the rule. Every ship answers three questions, or it doesn't go in the log.examples/holds articles from our own log, as reference.
Steal what you want. Nothing to install.
Most engineering teams ship and forget. The reasoning evaporates inside Slack threads and standups. A short public note costs an hour and earns you a year of recall.
If you want clients to trust your agents in production, the people running the agents had better show their working.
That's the whole pitch.
This repo deliberately doesn't include our HTML template. The site is the smallest piece of the value. The ritual is the work. If you want a Star Trek bridge for your own log, build your own.
MIT. Copy, fork, ignore. Your call.
