• Day job: Sole architect & primary developer of BOS — an internal operations platform at Bibby Financial Services Poland supporting 500+ corporate factoring clients across 7+ departments. Modernized the original CodeIgniter 3 codebase with PSR standards, Symfony components, and Doctrine ORM.
• Recently shipped: Export tool for SWIFF (Polish factoring industry information exchange) covering ~20,000 counterparties. AML integration with GIIF reporting.
• Pro bono: Tech lead / DevOps / developer at Fundacja na rzecz Pomocy Chorym na Białaczki (Foundation for People with Leukemia).
• Workflow: Recent projects developed using AI-assisted, spec-driven approach (Claude Code, Codex).

• koolreport/core — contributor. Open source PHP reporting framework I use in production at Bibby and contribute back to (177★).
• cwsdigital/twill-metadata — contributor. SEO metadata package for Twill CMS (33★).
• Fundacja-hematologiczna — volunteer engineering. Long-term pro bono technical contributor; recently designed and built a Laravel REST API (OpenAPI/Swagger documented) for the Foundation's main website.

🏔 Arctic Code Vault Contributor — code preserved in the GitHub Archive Program (2020).

• Long-lived systems over greenfield hype. Modernizing legacy codebases without service interruption is a craft I've practiced for a decade.
• Pareto-driven. 80% of impact from 20% of effort — while still caring about the details that matter for production reliability.
• Domain literacy first. Factoring, e-invoicing, regulatory compliance (JPK, VAT White List, Split Payment, GIIF/AML) — I learn the business before I touch the architecture.
