This is mostly a simple 1:1 copy, plus some little changes for doc-kit compatibility. Most things that need more work have a TODO comment added.

We could set up a workflow to keep the content synchronized. Webpack 5.108 will be released soon, and I'm not sure when this redesign will be ready, so more releases will come in the meantime. This would also help prevent content from being lost while the migration is in progress.

I was thinking keeping this PR open until the new site is ready, and then doing one big pass over it with any changes we need. The students have the ability to edit this PR with any additional changes needed
