- Update the recommended version of actions/checkout from v2/v3 to v4
- Replace unsplash/comment-on-pr with thollander/actions-comment-pull-request
- unsplash/comment-on-pr doesn't work: Docker image suddenly fails to build unsplash/comment-on-pr#58
