Per-member agentPins in member_prefs (beside navPins), shipped on /api/auth/me and saved via PUT /api/me/agent-pins. The Agents page lifts pinned agents into a leading Pinned group in pin order (gallery + list), with hover pin toggles and a pin button in the composer header.
