Follow-up: roommate household edge cases from PR #11

Residual Codex P2 findings from babysit on #11 after five remediation windows on the same roommate/shared-plot mechanism.

Open threads on head d667786670:

1. src/roommates.mjs — Keep plot keys stable when path metadata changes (ID → wt:<path> when worktreePath arrives late)
2. src/town.mjs — Route parcel clicks to the displayed roommate PR (handleClick still uses host plot.agent.pr)
3. src/town.mjs — Keep roommate targets aligned with bedtime rendering (settled host skips roommate draw while residentTargets still exposes them)

Babysit stopped as nonconvergent / same-mechanism respawn rather than continuing past the review-window ceiling.
