Bad numbering on tutorial pages #29

Is it meant to be numbered 1, 4, 6, 7, 9?

I believe it should be numbered 1 - 5. I also found the references are being counted as extra list items in marginnote bibliography css, stopping each item from incrementing the list should fix the issue.
Edit: The issue should be fixed in #30, does the ordering display correctly now?
