Welcome to the official GitHub organization for the Continuous Semantic Space (TSSC).
TSSC is a theoretical framework for a dynamic field semantics, introduced in the paper:
Meaning as a Field Event: the Theory of the Continuous Semantic Space (TSSC) (Il significato come evento di campo — Teoria dello Spazio Semantico Continuo) by Filippo Cosci.
The central thesis of TSSC is that meaning is not statically deposited in a network of relations or localized in a term, but emerges as a distributed event generated by the interaction between a contextual perturbation and a structural memory.
By distinguishing between the Internal Potential and the Observable Field, the framework natively models synergy, antagonism, suppression, and shear tension. In this architecture, conflict acts as structural information that drives the ontogenetic reorganization of the medium, enabling operations such as Semantic Mitosis and Coalescence without backpropagation or fine-tuning.
