This PR updates the GitHub Pages marketing site to use a real UI screenshot from EzyCad 0.4.0 instead of the AI-generated splash image.

This improves link previews on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and the site hero by showing actual EzyCad functionality instead of an AI-generated image. The new screenshot demonstrates:

AI-gen-splashscreen_05_01_2026_512.png) remains in the repository but is no longer referenced.
