Whistle plugin that disk-caches the Figma desktop client's static assets: content-hash immutable files (JS/WASM/fonts) replay locally instead of re-downloading.

Whistle plugin that mocks requests as SSE streams: JSON messages with delays, line-by-line file replay (.jsonl), event/id/data fields, loop mode and a web UI.
