A python pipeline that extracts data from Atmo Cloud (weather, gas, pm) and Google Health (heart, sleep, exercise) as JSONBs. Transforms data to be type explicit, measurement standardized, and timezone normalized — accomodates rotating device-participant assignment. Loads raw+processed data, and pipeline metadata into a Postgres DB.
