The P1 Mini (Topprint app) uses the same BLE transport as Marklife printers but prints TSPL jobs. Adds a TSPL protocol, a P1 device profile, and small core/web/CLI changes for printers that don't confirm finished jobs, have no battery query, and print labels unrotated.

Adds support for the P1 Mini thermal label printer (Topprint app). It uses the same BLE transport as Marklife printers but speaks TSPL, so this adds a small TSPL protocol and a device profile. Tested on real hardware with 40×30 labels from both the CLI and the web editor.
I'd be glad if you merge it — I really like this project. Thanks!
