The current star history chart in the README is broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Switch the chart to the star-history.dera.page alternative, which relies on another data source that does not require an API token.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because of GitHub stargazer API restrictions, so a fix is necessary. This change points the chart to star-history.dera.page, an alternative that uses a different data source requiring no API token. The wrapping link now uses a hash-based URL while the image keeps its existing parameters.
