Set the plugin version to 0.4.0 - #7

The v0.4.0 tag carries a manifest with version 0.3.0. A set version pins installed users until it changes, so the release was not visible to a plugin update. The manifest now matches the tag.

Summary
.claude-plugin/plugin.jsonnow declares version 0.4.0.Reason
The
v0.4.0tag points at the merge of pull request #6, and the manifest at that commitstill declares 0.3.0. A set version pins installed users until the value changes, so a
plugin update did not show the release.
After the merge
The tag
v0.4.0still points at the earlier commit. Either move the tag to the new mergecommit, or tag the new merge commit
v0.4.1.Verification
