polish(cleanup): v0 purge + v1.5 docs (v1.5 PR10) - #71

Removes CSS orphaned by the redesign train — the left-rail shell, upload/ url-input blocks, presets popover, and docked-inspector layout rules — plus the unused Section primitive and the visual-styles TS wrapper (the JSON stays: the create-social-video agent skill references it). Rewrites the design-system rule around the canonical ap- tokens, the v1.5 kit and CSS placement (composer.css), and the session-through-store interaction rules, and updates AGENTS.md with the zero-state journey, Create-tab session flow, and the session.json sidecar (app-owned, not agent-written).
