I like the proposal that we move the collectd flows to the dedicated tedge-collectd-setup repo as listed in this PR, thin-edge/tedge-collectd-setup#6
I can work on porting the unit tests and packaging aspects to the tedge-collectd-setup, however we don't need to add it to the tedge-flows-examples repo.
