Security Policy

Reporting a Vulnerability

Thank you for helping us keep the PageFlash plugin secure! If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly. Here's how:

  1. Private Disclosure: Report the vulnerability privately by opening a security advisory at the PageFlash GitHub Security Advisories page.

  2. Include Details: Provide as much information as possible to help us understand and address the issue. This includes:

    • A description of the vulnerability.
    • Steps to reproduce the issue.
    • Affected versions of the PageFlash plugin.
    • Any potential impact or severity assessment.
  3. Expectations: We aim to respond to security issues within 2 business days. Once confirmed, we will work on a patch and coordinate disclosure.

  4. Stay Confidential: Please do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have resolved it and released a patch.
