Fix gem for Ruby 3+ and increase minimum Ruby version to 3.2 - #19

Pass variables/context as real keywords to Schema#execute and forward **kwargs through validators so keyword-arg validate blocks work.
Drops the obsolete bundler 1.x dev dependency. A pinned Ruby version doesn't make sense for a gem tested across multiple Rubies.
It went EOL not that long ago, so let's support it to make things easier for folks. Lowers required_ruby_version to >= 3.2, adds 3.2 to the CI matrix, and updates docs. The existing Gemfile.lock installs frozen and passes on 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, and 4.0.

Fixes #12 and makes #13 unnecessary.
Ruby versions <3.2 have been deprecated for over 1.5 years, per https://endoflife.date/ruby, so drop support for them entirely. 3.2 is also EOL, but it was more recent, and keeping support for it was very easy.
This will be a minor version bump (this is still pre-1.0) because dropping Ruby version support is a breaking change.
