Changes made to adapt to the new unified error API in 0.18.0:
BuildStreamError,DefaultStreamConfigError, andPlayStreamErrorwith the new unifiedcpal::Errortype inerror.rsStreamErrorreferences tocpal::Errorindesktop.rsandstream_manager.rsStreamErrorvariant matching to use the newErrorKindAPIbuild_output_stream()to passStreamConfigby value instead of by referenceTested locally with no playback issues and all 98 tests pass.
